I had a timeline I needed to keep. I had to prepare my property for sale by myself. Once I signed up with Pete Rahm, he and Susan took over the rest of the process. They scheduled the photo shoot and put the house online. Then, I went on vacation. They showed the house and helped other realtors show the house. It was so easy, my house sold while I was away. Then Pete worked on keeping the closing on schedule by getting all the paperwork done. He kept the communication going between me and the buyers until it was all done.
